1. What this tool is

ShipLabelCrop is a free, browser-based utility that crops A4/Letter shipping label PDFs to 4×6 inch pages for thermal printers. All processing happens on your own device.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the tool for your own legitimate shipping and printing needs.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the site, its hosting, or any third-party services it uses.

3. Output accuracy

The tool does its best to detect label areas and produce correctly sized 4×6 output, but you are responsible for checking each PDF before printing — in particular, print at 100% scale with the paper size set to 4×6 in (101.6 × 152.4 mm), and verify barcodes scan. We are not liable for misprints, failed deliveries, or any costs resulting from cropped labels.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and code belong to ShipLabelCrop unless otherwise noted. Third-party libraries (pdf.js, pdf-lib) remain under their respective open-source licenses. Your own label files always remain yours.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipLabelCrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
